I am the author of over 30 traditionally published (ink-on-paper) short stories in Redbook and other large circulation national magazines. I wrote a novel about the criminals that were swirling about me during that time: Paper Targets - Art Can Be Murder FreeMail was used as Kinkos/FedEx’s worldwide Kinkonet system before being acquired by WAM!NET/WorldCom in 1999, just before the criminal fraud and collapse of WorldCom and Enron occurred. Before that, I founded and was a 50/50 partner of FreeMail, Inc, the first commercially successful web-based email system. This is what is supposed to happen with start-ups. Millions of dollars of profit poured in until the company was acquired for cash by Quest/Dell Inc. RemoteScan was co-founded and owned 50/50 by my business partner and me, and ran at 85% profit for years. RemoteScan which had over 20,000 corporate customers worldwide, was a grand slam boot-strapped success.
